This week we give participants teaching points to work on specific to their own games relating to their forehands and backhands. Areas that will be highlighted include smooth transition through contact (hitting zone), maintaining balance with flowing footwork, developing natural topsin (through good technique).

This week after re-capping the griundstrkes learnt in Week 1 we will be concentrating on introducing the serve. Using the correct grip and pronation of the wrist and forearm will be covered to ensure that the fundamental components can be built upon in the coming weeks.
