Monday Adult Improver (5 weeks). Clapham

Note: No class on Bank Holiday 28th May, 2018

This course will aim to improve your groundstrokes by introducing a more advanced swing that allows you to hit with more spin, and become more consistent by applying forehand/backhand fundamentals.

We will also cover net play by learning how/when/where to hit approach shots and volleys.

We will introduce a more challenging serve motion to hit flat and spin serves more consistently.

You will put all these skills into practice by also starting to play games and mini-matches. In the final week we will cover doubles rules and matchplay.
